
Ingredients:
• 200 g – Paneer cubes
• 1 cup – single Cream
• 1 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 cup – Cashew nut paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Butter or Ghee
• Kasuri Methi
• 1 tbsp – (dried Fenugreek leaves)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tbsp – salt, or as per taste
• Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Make a thick paste of onion, ginger and garlic in a blender.
- Heat the butter or ghee in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste and cashewnut paste.
- Fry till golden in colour, add tomato puree, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder.
- Mix well and cook for 5 mins while stirring.
- Add the cream and garam masala powder, mix well and let it cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add the paneer cubes and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with plain rice/pulao or naan bread.
