
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Pork chop, flattened
• 3 large – onions, sliced finely
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 2 sticks – Cinnamon
• 4 – Cloves
• 2 – Cardamoms
• 1 tsp – Cumins powder
• 2 – red chillies, broken into bits
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
Method:
- Boil the pork chops in a little water till they are tender.
- Strain the stock and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, red chillies, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom lightly.
- Add the garlic paste and saute for about 5 mins on medium heat.
- Add the chilli powder, cumin, turmeric powder, salt and the pork along with vinegar. Cook on medium heat till the chops turn brown in colour and semi dry.
- Serve it with bread or rice.
