Ingredients:

• 2 ripe – Bananas
• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3/4 -1 cup – water
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Slice the bananas and keep aside.
  2. Mix wheat flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Add water and prepare a batter with dropping consistency. Heat oil in a frying pan. Coat these sliced bananas with the batter prepared. Deep Fried in hot oil till golden brown in colour.
  4. Transfer to a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
