Ingredients:

• Flour (maida)- 1 cup
• Mava – 1 cup
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Butter – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/3 cup
• Baking powder -1/4 tsp
• eggs -2
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and whisk the cream, sugar and the butter until fluffy.
  2. Now mix the milk and khoya and keep aside.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to the creamed mixture and blend in the khoya mixture and cardamom powder.
  4. Now sift the refined flour and baking powder.
  5. Then fold the sieved flour mix with the mixture and blend well.
  6. Grease a tray and pour the mixture in it.
  7. Bake for 20 min.
  8. Serve with tea.
