
Ingredients:
• Flour (maida)- 1 cup
• Mava – 1 cup
• Sugar- 1 cup
• Butter – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/3 cup
• Baking powder -1/4 tsp
• eggs -2
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl and whisk the cream, sugar and the butter until fluffy.
- Now mix the milk and khoya and keep aside.
- Beat the eggs and add to the creamed mixture and blend in the khoya mixture and cardamom powder.
- Now sift the refined flour and baking powder.
- Then fold the sieved flour mix with the mixture and blend well.
- Grease a tray and pour the mixture in it.
- Bake for 20 min.
- Serve with tea.
