Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg Meat
• 2 large onions, ground
• 1 tbsp. – Ginger juice
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp. – powdered Cashewnut
• 150 gms – Curd
• salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
• 4 green chillies, slit
• 2 tbsp. – Ghee
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 10 peppercorns
• 1 cup chopped fresh coriander

Method:

  1. Wash the meat and mix with ground onion, ginger juice, garam masala, cashewnut and ghee.
  2. Beat the curd and add to the salt, pepper, green chillies, bay leaves, peppercorns and fresh coriander.
  3. Add to the meat and pressure cook for 10 mins. without water.
  4. Open cooker after it cools.
