Ingredients:

• Garlic – 1 to 2 Cloves
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• 100 g – Paneer
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1/2
• Green chillies – 3
• Cilantro – 1/2 bundle
• Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Fry paneer and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies.
  4. Add the tomatoes and saute well.
  5. Switch off the stove and add the cilantro to it.
  6. Let it cool under the fan for 10 minutes.
  7. Blend everything into a fine paste.
  8. Pour the mixturr back into the pan. Add peas, salt and paneer to it.
  9. Boil it once and serve hot in a serving bowl.
