Ingredients:
• Garlic – 1 to 2 Cloves
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• 100 g – Paneer
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1/2
• Green chillies – 3
• Cilantro – 1/2 bundle
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Fry paneer and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies.
- Add the tomatoes and saute well.
- Switch off the stove and add the cilantro to it.
- Let it cool under the fan for 10 minutes.
- Blend everything into a fine paste.
- Pour the mixturr back into the pan. Add peas, salt and paneer to it.
- Boil it once and serve hot in a serving bowl.
