Ingredients:

• Chicken – 500 gms (cut into pieces)
• Yogurt/Vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp or according to taste
• Turmeric powder – A pinch
• Dhania powder – 1 tbsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tandoori powder – A pinch
• Oil – 2 tbsps
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken and make small slits with knife or fork.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, pour oil and cook on medium fire stirring occasionally.
  3. If required, add water for gravy.
  4. Serve hot with rice and dal.
