
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 500 gms (cut into pieces)
• Yogurt/Vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tbsp or according to taste
• Turmeric powder – A pinch
• Dhania powder – 1 tbsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tandoori powder – A pinch
• Oil – 2 tbsps
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the chicken and make small slits with knife or fork.
- Mix all the ingredients, pour oil and cook on medium fire stirring occasionally.
- If required, add water for gravy.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
