Ingredients:
• 700 g – Butter
• 400 g – icing Sugar
• 2 – Egg yolks
• 1 kg – flour
Method:
- Cream the butter and icing sugar in a steel bowl.
- Add in the egg yolks one by one, keep creaming and take care that the mixture does not split.
- Add in the sieved flour and knead to a nice soft dough.
- Roll in your palms and give desired shape.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
