Ingredients:
• 500 g – prawns, shelled and deveined
• 2 tbsp – green chilly sauce
• 2 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1 tsp- Vinegar
• 1 tsp – barbeque sauce (optional)
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 finely chopped, Onions
• 2 tsp – finely chopped Garlic
• 3 green chillies, split
• 2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1-2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
Method:
- In a bowl, marinate prawns along with green chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, barbeque sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar for about 30 mins.
- In a wok heat oil, add split green chillies and garlic, let them splutter.
- Add onions and fry till they turn pink.
- Add prawns and the marinade and cook until done.
- Serve with pad Thai noodles or steamed rice.
