Ingredients:

• 6 – tomatoes, chopped (medium size)
• 2 -onions, big
• 4 – Cloves
• 1 cup – Basmati Rice
• 10 – Mint leaves
• 5 – broken Cashew nuts
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• For grinding:
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• 7 flakes – Garlic
• 6 – Cloves
• Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
• 1/2 – Onion (chopped)
• 4 pieces – Coconut
• 10 – Red Chillies
• 3 – pepper

Method:

  1. Wash and soak rice for 10 mins.
  2. Drain water and fry for 2 mins in 1 tsp of ghee.
  3. Heat oil, add broken cashewnuts, cloves and onions, till the onion becomes light brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft.
  5. Add ground mixture and fry for 2-3 mins.
  6. Add fried rice and mix it well.
  7. Add 2 cups of hot water and allow it to boil for 3 mins.
  8. Add mint leaves, cover the lid and pressure cook for 5 mins.
