Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – bread (remove the sides)
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – nuts (cashew)
• 1 pinch – elaichi
• water
Method:
- Tear the bread into very small pieces.
- Add all the above ingredients into it except water.
- Add a little water just to make it a dough.
- Keep for 15-20 mins.
- Heat oil in a vessel.
- Make small balls out of this dough and put in the vessel.
- Fry till it gets brownish.
