Ingredients:

• Chicken 1 kg
• Chilli powder 4 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
• Vinegar 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Onion 1, finely chopped
• Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with a paste made of chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
  3. Add chicken to this and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken becomes tender.
  5. Open the lid and cook on high flame till it turns dark.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
