
Ingredients:
• Chicken 1 kg
• Chilli powder 4 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
• Vinegar 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Onion 1, finely chopped
• Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with a paste made of chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and salt for 1/2 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add chicken to this and mix well.
- Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken becomes tender.
- Open the lid and cook on high flame till it turns dark.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
