
Ingredients:
• 1 – Italian bread
• 1 – onion, cut horizontally
• 1 – tomato, cut horizontally
• Spinach, chopped finely
• Cabbage, finely chopped or grated
• 1 – grated Carrot
• 1 – green bell pepper, cut horizontally
• Mixture of green jalapenos, red pepper chopped well
• Black Olives (optional)
• Butter (optional)
• Salt and pepper powder
• Mayo (optional)
• Dijon mustard (optional)
• Vinegar (optional)
Method:
- Halve the bread and toast on a heated tawa.
- Spread butter lightly on one side of the bun.
- Spread the finely chopped or grated cabbage.
- On this, spread the onion rings.
- To this, spread the tomatoes.
- Spread the grated carrots and the green bell peppers.
- Spread the olives, jalapenos and red pepper.
- Sparingly spread the spinach (this may be optional).
- Spread mayo, mustard (this may be optional).
- Then, sprinkle the salt and pepper.
- Then fold the outer bun and press the bun so that it compresses all the ingredients.
