Ingredients:

• Potatoes -225 g
• Beans -115 g
• broad beans -225 g
• Tomatoes -225 g
• Carrot -115 g
• Onion -115 g
• Fat -50 g
• Coriander leaves -1/4 bunch
• Pomegranate seeds – 5 g
• Chilli powder-10 g
• Coriander powder- 5 g
• Turmeric -A pinch
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare vegatables- Blanch tomatoes, Slice onions.
  2. Fry sliced onions. Add spices and fry well. Add vegetables except tomatoes.
  3. Add salt and water and cook. When vegatables are half done, add tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
