Ingredients:

• 1 – Karela (chopped into small pieces)
• Tamarind – size of 1/2 a Lemon
• 2 – Green chilli
• Jaggery/sugar
• Salt
• Seasoning:
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 – Red Chilli
• Curry leaves – lots

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and coarsely grind it.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and throw the seasoning items and once the mustard pops, add the ground karela and leave it for a couple of minutes.
