
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Soyabean (soak overnight)
• 1 tbsp – Moong (whole)
• 1 Potato (boiled)
• 1 Onion (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves (chopped finely)
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala
Method:
- Wash the moong and rajma.
- Pressure cook the rajma and moong till done. (Approx. 4 whistles).
- Drain and wash to cool.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- If desired mix in 1/2 cup of beaten curd.
- Or eat as it is with hot steamed rice or chappati.
