Ingredients:
• 250 g – minced Mutton
• 8 – Red Chillies
• 1 – piece Cinnamon
• 8 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/2 cup – coconut, grated
• 2 tbsp – roasted gram
• 1 tbsp – Fennel seeds
• 1 tbsp – cumin (jeera)
• oil for deep frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the minced meat along with the other ingredients. Add salt.
- Make small balls out of the ground mixture and deep-fry.
- Serve hot with sauce or raitha.
