Ingredients:
• 8 – eggs
• 3 tbsp – Potato straws
• 4 tbsp – Butter
• 3 – medium sized Onions
• ½ cup – Milk
• 8 to 10 – Almonds
• 1 tbsp – Raisins
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a non-stick pan, melt the butter.
- Add finely sliced onions till transparent.
- Meanwhile beat the eggs, milk and salt.
- Add this mixture to the onions, cook on a low flame, stirring till the eggs are scrambled.
- Now mix the potato straws, almonds and raisins.
- Remove from the gas.
- Serve with toasted slices of bread.
