Ingredients:

• 10 – chopped bhendi
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 2 – green peppers of medium heat
• 1/2 inch- ginger, chopped
• Salt (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• A pinch of Jeera and Mustard Seeds

Method:

  1. Make a paste of green pepper, ginger, and salt. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds and jeera. After a few seconds, add onions and bhendi, and keep fry till bhendi softens.
  3. Add green pepper paste, ginger and salt, and fry for a few more minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
