
Ingredients:
• 1 – Carrot
• 1/2 – Cabbage
• 5 to 6 – Beans (optional)
• Ginger-size of a gooseberry
• 5 pods – Garlic
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
• Pepper
• 1 cup – Boiled Rice
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
Method:
- Grind ginger, garlic and green chillies to a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry the onions till golden brown
- Add the ground mixture and fry till the raw smell is gone
- Add the chopped vegetables and salt and cook till soft
- Add the rice to the above mixture
- Add pepper and mix it well before serving
- Serve hot with potato chips and Onion raita.
