Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Napa Cabbage (chopped finely)
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped lengthwise)
• 4 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 2 cups – besan
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Ginger (finely minced)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 10 – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – baking soda
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Mix napa cabbage, onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, besan flour, rice flour, baking soda with enough water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil and drop a small portion of the batter gently and fry on both sides until the pakodas turn golden brown.
