Ingredients:

• 4 slices – Garlic bread
• 1 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1 cup – mixed vegetables cut into thin slices (carrot, cucumber, tomato, cabbage)
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder.

Method:

  1. Take one garlic bread and spread the vegetables. Top the vegetables with grated cheese and pepper.
  2. Place another garlic bread over it and toast in a sandwich toaster.
  3. Serve hot.
