
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 1/4 cup – corn flour
• 1 cup – sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup – finely slices onions
• 1/4 cup – finely sliced green capsicum
• 1/4 cup – grated cheddar cheese
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – red chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – kasoori methi (fenugreek ) dried
• a pinch – soda bi-carb, water
• salt and pepper to taste
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mix the gram flour and corn flour well. Add enough water to mix and make a thick batter.
- Mix in all the ingredients.
- Add the batter into the oil and deep fry.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
