Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – fresh Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – fresh coriander
• 1 tbsp – fresh chopped Ginger
• 1 Clove – garlic, chopped
• 1 medium size green mango, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – ground fennel powder
• 2 tbsp – water
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion until golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the ground masala paste to the pan, cook until the herbs release an aroma.
  3. Add the prawns, stir and cook for about 5 mins. or until tender.
  4. Serve hot
