
Ingredients:
• 250 g – minced Meat (you could use Chicken or lamb)
• 10 to 15 – Cloves of Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – black pepper
• 10 – Cloves
• 1 inch – Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp – cumin/jeera
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – Fennel seeds
• 2 – Green chillies
• some Coriander leaves
• 1 – finely chopped Onion
• salt as per taste
• 1- Egg yolk
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – turmeric/haldi powder
• 1/2 tsp – tandoori masala
• oil for shallow frying.
Method:
- First grind garlic, ginger, all other spices, coriander and green chillies and then keep it aside.
- To the minced meat, add the ground paste, salt and rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
- Make small kebabs and shallow fry.
- Once ready serve with green mint chutney, onion ring and lemon wedges.
