Ingredients:
• 25 g – each of cashewnut, Raisins and groundnuts
• 25 g – each of grated Jaggery and Dates
• 1 – Lime sized ball of Tamarind
• 1 small piece – dry Coconut
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds (til)
• 1 tsp – each of roasted and pounded Cumin seeds and Garam Masala
• salt and chilli powder to taste
Method:
- Cover tamarind with water for 5 mins, and then strain out the juice.
- Roast coconut and sesame seeds and grind to a paste with the rest of the ingredients, then mix into the tamarind water.
