Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Milk
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Rawa

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a thick bottomed kadai and keep it on medium flame.
  2. Stir continuously till it become thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
  3. Remove and put it in a greased bowl.
  4. No need to add any flavouring agent.
  5. It tastes like milk khoya.
  6. However if you desire, you can add almond or pistas sliced.
