
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Mushrooms
• 1 cup – besan
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – dhania-jeera powder
• 1 – medium-sized Onion finely chopped
• 5 Cloves – garlic, finely chopped
• Salt – to taste
• Haldi powder – 1 tsp
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice (optional)
• Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with the besan and make a thick batter. You can add soda or baking powder as per your choice.
- Clean mushrooms and apply a little salt (take whole mushroom if they are small and cut into four pieces if large).
- Dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
