Ingredients:

• 2 – capsicums, chopped
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 250 g – cottage cheese, cut into cubes
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, green chillies and onions and saute till the onions turn light brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry till the tomatoes turn pulpy.
  3. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala/spice powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and a little water and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add the capsicum and Paneer/cottage cheese and a little water and simmer on low heat for about 6 minutes.
  5. Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with rice or chapattis or puris.
