Ingredients:

• 3 – green peppers
• 1 cup – besan
• Some Cilantro
• Salt
• 4 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Slit the peppers, remove the seeds. Keep it aside.
  2. Take besan and add salt, chopped cilantro and 2 tsps of oil.
  3. Stuff the mirchi with the masala.
  4. Put the stuffed mirchies in a frying pan and add just a little oil.
  5. Cover it and cook it on sim till it is done.
