Ingredients:
• Milk powder – 1 cup
• Ghee – 3/4 cup
• Sugar – 2.5 cup.
Method:
- Fry the milk powder in a little ghee till it gets a golden brown colour and keep it aside.
- Prepare sugar syrup of 1 string consistency.
- Add the milk powder and mix it nicely, keeping on low fire.
- Slowly add the remaining ghee to it and keep mixing till it becomes a thick mass.
- Pour the same on to a greased plate and cut it into desired shapes when cool.
