Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Poha (flattened rice)
• 1 cup – Jaggery
• 1 cup – fried Channa dal
• 4 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – elaichi
• 1 tsp – dry Ginger powder
Method:
- Heat a pan, add ghee and poha and fry till brown.
- Take jaggery and make thick syrup
- Add poha, fried channa dal, elaichi powder and after some time make small balls.
- Can be served as snack in lunch box.
