Ingredients:

• 1 – coconut, scraped
• 400 gms – Mutton
• 200 gms – Potatoes
• 1.5 – Onions
• 3 – chillies
• 1 small piece – Ginger
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – garam-masala
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• Vinegar to taste
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Extract first and second milk.
  2. Cut and clean the mutton and cook it in the second coconut extract.
  3. Add the potatoes (pared and cut in cubes), the sliced ginger, green chillies, 1.5 sliced onions and the masala powders to the curry.
  4. Boil till the meat is cooked.
  5. For seasoning:
  6. Fry half onion, in 2 tbsps of ghee.
  7. When browned, sprinkle the wheat flour and add the cooked meat with vinegar and salt to taste.
  8. Simmer till done.
  9. Lastly, add the thick coconut extract and simmer for 10 minutes.
