
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef (cooked with salt and Turmeric powder, and cut it into thin strips)
• 2 tbsp – Maida
• 2 tbsp – cornflour
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Red colour, a pinch
• 2 – Onions (sliced)
• 1 – Capsicum (sliced)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Garlic (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add maida, cornflour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red food colour in a bowl to make a smooth paste adding a little water if needed.
- Mix it with the cooked beef and deep fry.
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli, onion, capsicum, and saute well.
- Then add the fried beef and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt and remove from heat.
