Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 to 4 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 tsp – curds
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Coriander
• Salt
• Ingredients for ground masala:
• 1/2 cup – dry Coconut
• 2 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 inch – Ginger
• 8 to 10 – Garlic

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with curds, salt, turmeric powder for 2 hours.
  2. In oil, add onions and fry till golden brown.
  3. Add chicken and fry well.
  4. Add 1 liter of hot water and cook on medium flame.
  5. When almost cooked remove and keep aside.
  6. Separately, heat oil and add ground masala, garam masala powder and the chicken.
  7. Keep stirring till oil starts separating from masala.
  8. Cook till done and garnish with coriander.
  9. Serve hot.
