Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – smooth Mango pulp
• 2 – Egg whites
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – whipping Cream
• 2 packets – unflavored gelatin
• 1 – baked pie crust (approx 9 inch)
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. In a pan, mix sugar, gelatine and water.
  2. Boil till gelatine and sugar dissolve.
  3. Remove from fire.
  4. Add mango pulp, lemon juice.
  5. Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Beat egg whites.
  7. Mix it with the set mixture, add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust.
  8. Place the pie crust in a pan.
  9. Pour the mixture over it.
  10. Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  11. Serve after garnishing with mango slices.
