
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – smooth Mango pulp
• 2 – Egg whites
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – whipping Cream
• 2 packets – unflavored gelatin
• 1 – baked pie crust (approx 9 inch)
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- In a pan, mix sugar, gelatine and water.
- Boil till gelatine and sugar dissolve.
- Remove from fire.
- Add mango pulp, lemon juice.
- Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Beat egg whites.
- Mix it with the set mixture, add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust.
- Place the pie crust in a pan.
- Pour the mixture over it.
- Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve after garnishing with mango slices.
