
Ingredients:
• 16 slices – bread
• 3-4 – Carrots
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – small Onion
• a few slices of Cucumber
• 1 tbsp – black pepper
• cheese slices
• 1 – Tomato
Method:
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Cut the onion, capsicum and tomato into small slices.
- Cut out the edges of the bread slices.
- Take a slice and place the cheese slice on it. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
- Top with carrots, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber.
- Put the other slice of bread on top.
- Microwave for around 4-5 seconds. Serve warm.
