
Ingredients:
• 300 gms – Pork mince
• 250 gms – Mushrooms
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Celery
• 1 tsp – chopped Mint
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 tsp – Butter
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and drain the mince
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and wash well.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the onions and saute for some time.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and cook on low heat till the tomatoes are reduced to pulp.
- Now add the mince, salt, pepper, green chillies, mint and celery and mix well.
- Simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with toast and chips.
