Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Whole Wheat flour (atta)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Mango pulp
• Oil
• 1 cup – Chhunda

Method:

  1. Make a dough out of wheat flour, salt, mango pulp and two tbsp of oil.
  2. Divide into eight equal portions, dust with flour and roll out into a diskette.
  3. Apply some oil and sprinkle a little flour.
  4. Put a tbsp of chhunda on one side of the diskette and roll to make a cylinder.
  5. Fold over the sides, press lightly and rest them for a while.
  6. Gently roll out again into squares and shake off excess flour.
  7. Heat a tawa and roast the paratha on medium heat.
  8. Dribble some oil and roast till both sides are golden and crisp.
  9. Serve hot.
