Ingredients:

• 4 dry Anjeer (figs)
• 1 tbsp – Walnut pieces
• 1 tbsp – cashew pieces
• 1 cup – mawa (khoya)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Boil the sugar with a little water.
  2. When the sugar has melted completely add the mawa and anjeer pieces.
  3. When anjeer is completely cooked, add mawa and stir well.
  4. When it thickens put the walnut and cashew pieces.
  5. Add the cardamom powder. Mix well. Put off the heat.
  6. When it cools down a little, pour in a greased thali.
  7. Flatten, allow it to set and make pieces.
