Ingredients:
• 500 g – Paneer
• 300 g – boiled and mashed peas
• 1 to 2 tsp – gram flour
• 1 to 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 onion, finely chopped,
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
Method:
- In a wok, heat oil and fry the onions to a golden brown.
- When at room temperature, grind to a soft paste.
- In a bowl, crush the paneer and mix in mashed peas.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix all of these thoroughly and make small balls.
- Deep fry these balls and keep aside.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and add the onion paste
- Fry for a while, add coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder and fry.
- Add some water and cook until a thick gravy of medium consistency is formed.
- To this, add the fried koftas/balls.
- Serve with paranthas or rice.
