Ingredients:

• 2 – dried bamla fish
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 1 – Tomato
• 10-15 – Garlic pods (mashed)
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast the fish on a tava. Cut into pieces.
  2. Wash the pieces with warm water and drain.
  3. Roast the tomato and peel off the skin. Mash and mix with the fish.
  4. Heat oil and add the chopped onions. Fry for a minute.
  5. Add the garlic pods and fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the fish and tomato mix.
  7. Add the chopped chillies, salt and mix. Fry for a minute.
  8. Serve with rice.
