Ingredients:

• 1 – Cabbage
• Ginger and Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
• 6 tbsp – oil
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Onion
• Besan – 1/2 cup
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Splutter cumin seeds in a thick-bottomed vessel and fry onions till they turn dark brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder.
  3. Add finely chopped cabbage and fry in oil till it turns golden brown.
  4. Add chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, and mix it well.
  5. Now add enough besan flour to get a dry texture. Serve.
