Ingredients:
• 1 – Cabbage
• Ginger and Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
• 6 tbsp – oil
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Onion
• Besan – 1/2 cup
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Splutter cumin seeds in a thick-bottomed vessel and fry onions till they turn dark brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Add finely chopped cabbage and fry in oil till it turns golden brown.
- Add chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, and mix it well.
- Now add enough besan flour to get a dry texture. Serve.
