Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Mint leaves, chopped
• 6 tbsp – Yoghurt
• 1 tbsp – Pomegranate seeds, powdered
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients along with 3 tbsp. of yoghurt to a paste in a blender.
  2. Whisk the remaining 3 tbsp of yoghurt and add to the above mixture.
  3. Mix well and serve.
