Ingredients:

• 6 ripe, healthy alphonso or pyari mangoes
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Hold a mango in position in hand.
  2. Soften as in procedure shown in mango pulp.
  3. Remove pulp and stone.
  4. Clean out and put stones in water.
  5. Rub stones in such a way so as they let go extra pulp.
  6. Add this water to pulp.
  7. Add milk and sugar.
  8. Beat with a hand mixie to blend well.
  9. Chill for an hour or so before serving
