
Ingredients:
• 2 cup-rice
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1.5 tsp – Yeast
Method:
- Soak rice for 2 hours and grind it with grated coconut and enough water.
- Add yeast and sugar and keep aside for 2 hours.
- When it ferments, take 1 big spoon of the mix and pour it in a shallow pan (appam pan) and cover it and cook like dosa.
