
Ingredients:
• 500 g – mutton, minced
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – minced Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 6 – slit Green chillies
• 2 – chopped Tomatoes (medium sized)
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 2 – finely chopped Onions (medium-sized)
Method:
- Marinate the minced mutton with chilli powder, minced garlic, turmeric, ginger paste and salt.
- Heat oil, fry onions till it turns light brown.
- Add the minced mutton which has been marinated for half an hour.
- Stir constantly on a high flame for 2-3 mins.
- Cover and simmer till it gets properly cooked (approximately 15-20 mins).
- Add seasoning if needed and serve.
