Ingredients:

• 500 g – mutton, minced
• 1.5 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – minced Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 6 – slit Green chillies
• 2 – chopped Tomatoes (medium sized)
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 2 – finely chopped Onions (medium-sized)

Method:

  1. Marinate the minced mutton with chilli powder, minced garlic, turmeric, ginger paste and salt.
  2. Heat oil, fry onions till it turns light brown.
  3. Add the minced mutton which has been marinated for half an hour.
  4. Stir constantly on a high flame for 2-3 mins.
  5. Cover and simmer till it gets properly cooked (approximately 15-20 mins).
  6. Add seasoning if needed and serve.
