Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton chops
• 1 cup – ground tomatoes, skin removed
• 3 – onions, grated
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 – Potatoes (sliced and fried)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• To grind:
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 1/2 inch piece – Ginger
• 1/4 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1 tsp – Poppy Seeds

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, fry onions till golden brown.
  2. Fry the ground masala well. Add the chops and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add 1 cup hot water. Simmer till chops are cooked.
  4. Add salt, tomatoes and garam masala. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix the peeled, sliced and fried potatoes.
  6. Serve with sliced eggs on top and sprinkle with dhania leaves.
