Ingredients:
• 1 kg – cabbage, grated
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – onions, sliced
• 4 – garlic, sliced
• 10 gm – grated Coconut
• 50 g – Vinegar
• Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- When they start popping add the onions and garlic. Fry till golden brown.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt to this mixture. Then add the grated cabbage. Cover and cook for 5 mins on low heat. Take care that it does not burn.
- Add vinegar, coconut and the garam masala. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot
