
Ingredients:
• Chicken boneless – 1/2 kg
• Ginger paste – 2 tsp
• Garlic paste -1 tsp
• Corn flour- 5 tbsp
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Fried gram powder – 1 cup
• Chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder -1 pinch
• Pepper powder – 2 pinches
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Curd- 1 cup
• Red wine (optional) – 2 tsp
• Egg (optional) – 1
• Salt – 2 tsp (as per requirement)
• Oil
• Chopped green chilly – 1 tbsp
• Chopped Onion (sliced long) – 2
• Chopped Tomato – 1
• Chopped Capsicum – 1 or half
• Chopped Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
• Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1.5 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, cornflour,chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, pepper, salt, wine, egg. Keep in fridge for 10-20 mins (optional for better taste)
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion,tomato,capsicum one by one and saute well and keep aside.
- Heat oil and dip the marinated chicken pieces one by one in fried gram powder and fry till golden brown.
- Then to a saucepan add the fried vegetables and then fried chicken then add tomato sauce and soya sauce and toss well.
- Make sure the sauce coats well over the chicken and then garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
